    Description

    Two scarce early original vintage wartime press photographs show Japanese boys, brought in from the countryside, to build munitions for the war effort.
    Views show the boys being taught to operate lathes and other machines and gun barrels in various stages of completion.
    Full captions are on back (see scans).
    Photographs measures 7 x 9 inches and are in excellent condition with no bends, tears, or creases and are very sharp and has strong tones with good contrast and clarity.
