    Description

    Very old Bb and C (?) trumpet.  It reads: "Couesnon Paris .  Monopole  Paris 12370
    " The valves are moveing, the slides are frozen.  . There are some bents and dents in the bell and  tubing.  The overall length is 18,5 inch/ 47cm. Length of the tubing is 136 cm, 53,5inches So I guess,  It plays in Bb.  I guess, that the main slide was made out of 2 parts.

    If you remove 1 part of this slide (which is currently stuck) the length of the tubing would be 47,5 inch (121cm) and so the trumpet should play in C. The instrument
    needs to be repaired, cleaned and polished.
