There are surface abrasions in the top right corner of the front cover, bleeding in the top left corner of the back cover, the start of splits at both the top and bottom seam, moderate creasing and several small edge tears. Despite these flaws, this rare piece of sheet music will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
