Measures 2.25" tall by 4 1/2" widest point by 3 1/2"
Two pieces top and bottom, inside has two wires and shape of some teeth and bridge mold remains - see photos.
It is not dated. Heavy weighs 3.2 pounds unwrapped. I believe the metal is brass.
