These were made by Conn with Doc Severinsen starting in 1983 and only for a couple of years. There were four models in the series and numbered from lightest to heaviest. The SS3 was most similar to the Bach 37. Doc also put his name on a Conn model 1000B which was a student / intermediate model - not to be confused with the SS Pro models.
This trumpet is in very good condition for its age.  It has some small dings and some moderate
lacquer
wear.
All valves/slides have been oiled/greased and work well. It does have some normal wear to it to include some lacquer wear in places, but I'd say that 80-90% of the original lacquer is still there. There are some marks on the underside valve caps from someone using a tool to loosen them.  The valves could eventually use new cork washers, but it plays well as is.  A very suitable player as-is or could be restored.  Please review the pics.

Comes with a Bach 7C mouthpiece in good shape as well as a stand and a non original older case that is in rough shape and included only to protect the trumpet.
Pro trumpets now sell for around 00 new. This should be a wonderful value on a really nice pro level trumpet in great cosmetic as well as playing condition.  Vintage horn,
