Condition: Fair condition, with obvious condition issues shown in pho
tographs: 1) Front cover detached, 2) Water stains, 3) page edges may show minimal tearing with dog-eared corners, and 4) tanning / oxidation on page perimeters.  Spine is tight, and there are no missing pages other than the front cover.  Pages are supple and flexible, not showing brittleness and crumbling.  No foxing, molds, or mildews.  No handwriting or defacements.
