MISSOURI PACIFIC NOTEPAD In COVER From HABCO INCORPORATION

My brother worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 30 years and has a lot of collectibles. This a Notepad in a Missouri Pacific folder from a company called Habro Corporation, 2251
Armour Road, North Kansas City, Missouri, which no longer exist as such. It was a weed killer chemical company started in 1968.  It is in very good, unused condition.  It has
been in storage for years. Will answer any questions as best as I can.
