This vintage volume is ''Rules of the Operating Department'' for the Atlanta and West point Railroad Co., the Western Railway of Alabama and the Georgia Railroad dated September 1, 1958.
The hardcover volume measures 4 by 6 inches and contains 158 pages. The boards are black cloth with gilt lettering on the front. This is book No. 3, and the initials of a previous owner are marked inside the front board. The boards show a bit of handling wear and there are a few spots of foxing, but otherwise the volume is in very nice shape.
