This vintage volume is ''Rules for the Government of the Operating Department'' of the Atlanta and West Point Rail Road Co. and the Western Railway of Alabama and published in 1925 by Publishers Press in Atlanta.
The hardcover volume measures 4 by 6 inches and contains 260 pages. The boards are black cloth with gilt lettering on the front. There is much compromised cloth on the front and two spots on the rear. The pages are slightly age-toned, and there is a bit of foxing to the edges of the text block, but otherwise the volume is in good shape.
