Agreement between Southern Pacific and its Switchmen & Switchtenders 1956 Book

This listing is for a small 4" x 6 3/4" booklet outlining the agreement between the Southern Pacific Lines and its Switchmen and Switchtenders union which was effective Sept, 1, 1956
The booklet is in excellent original condition with no markings/missing or damaged pages. The back cover does have 5" split in it but is still intact (see photo).
This is a really interesting piece of Railroad memorabilia and would be a nice addition into any Railroad Collection!!
