With a heavy heart I am offering for sale this spectacular 2008 Bentley Azure finished in Neptune Blue with just under 31k miles. I have been a collector of Rolls Royce and Bentley Motorcars since my early 20's. This is one of the most attractive vehicles I have had the pleasure of owning. She gets more attention than our Rolls Royce Dawn. I purchased this car as a Valentines Day surprise for my wife a few years ago. We kept the car at our vacation home in Melbourne Beach FL and enjoyed driving her to lunches in Vero Beach on the weekends. We have since sold our vacation home and now have too many cars at our residence in Orlando, FL. She is named "Amelia" as I purchased her from the prior owner in Georgia and we spent our first weekend with her wafting around Amelia Island with the top down playing Zac Brown Band. It was quite memorable.
I LOVE color. You simply must see this car to understand how striking yet classy the color combination is. Amelia is finished in a very rare Neptune Blue, she has a Navy blue cloth convertible top and has Magnolia hides contrasted with Navy Blue secondary hides and carpet. She is fitted with extremely rare Birds Eye Maple wood veneer and sports rare and sought after polished chrome wheels. This car is simply stunning and breaks necks everywhere she goes.
I have fastidiously maintained this motorcar and your mechanic's inspection is welcome. The only current issue is faulty tire pressure sensors. The car starts on the first turn, roars to life, drives magnificently, brakes as it should and handles like a dream.
This is not a car for the faint at heart. Indeed this is a car for a connoisseur looking for a rare and special masterpiece that is turn key and drivable to your next exotic car event.. or perhaps just to the marina or country club. With only 716 Bentley Azure final generation (2007-2010) specimens produced, this car is truly rare. Amelia has lived a pampered life and would would be an exceptional addition to even the most pedigreed automotive stable. When new, this motorcar had a reassuringly expensive MSRP of 0K + targeting the very privileged few who appreciated automotive extravagance. Yes, when new this car was devilishly expensive. For a fraction of that original cost, this timeless token of privilege can be yours. Given the rarity, this highly refined, over-engineered super car is very likely to be sought after by collectors. In fact, on 4/01/21 a 2007 Azure (w/ 4kmiles) sold on bringatrailer.com for 5k. While a low mileage example, it is certainly an indicator of where these cars are headed in value.
Don't let the opulence and size of this motorcar fool you. At 212 inches long (a foot longer than a Chevy Tahoe) The Azure was unmatched in its time, in performance and potency. It was truly evocative. The Azure was not only a luxury car but also a serious performance car, accelerating from 0-60mph in 5.6 seconds with a top speed of 171 mph. While not a lurid drag strip racer, this car is on the contrary a gentle giant, an effortless cruiser, a humble lesson in presence and prowess.
I will not disclose my reserve price but I assure you it is low and will likely be met. Please bid to win. Lastly, I do hope Amelia goes to an appreciative home. I would keep her but simply do not have the room. I only have a 3-car garage and 6 cars.. sadly, Amelia has to go.
